秋を迎えたウィスコンシン Fall

ただいま、ウィスコンシンは大豆畑が黄金に輝いています！We have been enjoying the Golden soybeans field in Wisconsin!
いつもより暖かい９月を迎えていますが、紅葉も徐々に。This year is a bit warmer than usual but the color have started already!
変身途中の木々もまた美しい！I like it when there is green and other color at the same time!
来月はハロウィーンだ。うわ！こんなに大きく育ったかぼちゃが！Halloween is already next month! Look! It's a huge squash!
もぎたてコーンも最高でっす！Corn Wisconsin ??Wisconsin!
昨日は町中で新しくできたヨガセンターでのトライアル。なんと’ベリーダンス’に挑戦してきました！ベリーダンスってあのエジプトとかトルコで見る？？！！そうなんです。でもこれがまた、体全体の筋肉を使うよきエクササイズになるんですね～モリモリ食べて、エクササイズして。寒くなってくるから体を鍛えるぞ～～！と、今日も他のクラスに挑戦してみようかな～！

I tried 'Belly dance' at the Yoga Center in Viroquahttp://www.tapestryyogacenter.com/index.htm yesterday! Belly dance??!! It is quite fun and it is a great exercise!!
