六月のイチゴから始まり、ラズベリー、ブルーベリー、ブラックベリー、そしてクランベリーといったたくさんのベリーが育ちます！パイにケーキ、ジャムにアイスクリーム。我が家は毎朝ヨーグルトにベリーを混ぜたスムージーを作ります！摘み取ったベリーは冷凍や瓶詰めにしておくと一年中お菓子作りが楽しめます。もちろんフレッシュなものは特別ですけどね！It starts from Strawberry in Jun then raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and cranberry. Wisconsin has lots of berry in summer!! Everyone enjoys the berries; baking pies and cakes, making jams and jellies and putting them in fresh ice cream! We make Smoothies with my homemade yogurt every morning from the local berries. After we pick them, we put them into the freezer or we can them so that we can have them all year around! Of course, fresh ones are special though!
さ～て、今日はラズベリーアイスクリーム作りに挑戦！まずはラズベリーブッシュの中からあか～い甘酸っぱいラズベリーを摘み取ってください！！

今度はアイスクリームのもとを作っていきます！！とれたて新鮮卵とオーガニックミルクにクリームにお砂糖。

後はひたすらかき混ぜよう！Keep spinning!!３０分、みんなでこうたいで回したところ、、、、After 30 minutes,,,,
あま～くって、クリ～ミ～なアイスクリームの出来上がり！

の後４人は果てしなく自分たちの手作りアイスクリームを食べていました。They didn't stop eating until they finish all the Ice cream even the extra left around machine!!
アイスクリームをたいらげるやいなや、４人は外に出て駆け回る。アイスクリームのパワーはすごい、、、。As soon as they finished their Ice cream, they ran around the farm!! I bet Ice cream gave them a lot of energy!
リディアは馬にものりました！Lidia got to ride a horse!楽しい一日だったね！！！ Oh, it was fun!!!
