さてこの日はミシシッピ川を渡ってアイオア州へ！アイオア州といえば、あのマディソン郡の橋の映画で有名ですね～。ちなみにウィスコンシン州の州都はマディソンですが、映画とは関係ありません。ミシシッピ川が見渡せるこの丘の上のピクニックエリアはとってもお気に入り！We drove southwest over the Mississippi into the state of Iowa!! Iowa is known for the movie called 'The Bridge of Madison County'. The Capital of Wisconsin is 'Madison' but it is a different place. We love the lancing picnic area and over look!
さあさあ、花より団子。今日はウィスコンシン名物ブラッツとサワークラウト、そしてホットドッグ。アメリカらし～～～ランチですが、これもすべてオーガニック！たくさんのスウィーツも！We had brats, sauerkraut and hot dogs! It sounds American! They were all organic! Plus we had lots of homemade sweets!!
もちろんビールも。ウィスコンシンではパーティー等があるとビールをケグという入れ物ごとオーダーして生ビールを楽しむんですよ～～～～！Beer time! when we have a party, we order Beer by keg! How nice!!
さて、次は今日のメンイ。ミシシッピ川のクルーズ！お天気も最高です！Mississippi cruise!! Oh, the weather is perfect!
アメリカチームたちは真剣に自然についてガイドさんに訪ねていますが、、、。日本チームは、なんだか楽しそう！！！The Americans were asking lots of question about nature. ,,,,,,, But us Japanese are just having lots of fun!
イーグルの巣とイーグル発見！とりあえず、見どころ、見ておかねば！とけいこさん、まちこさんもデッキに出る。この辺りは渡り鳥が、南北に移動する途中の休憩場所となっているので、本当にたくさんの野鳥を見る事が出来ます。またそれを維持するためにも国で自然が保護されているんです！We found a Eagle's nest! Keiko and Machiko finally went on the deck! Migratory birds stop in this area on their way to the edge of the Earth, so we can see lots of wild birds! These wet lands are protected well.
２時間のクルーズを楽しんだ後は、お宿に戻ってミシシッピ川に沈む夕日を堪能！After the 2 hour Cruise, we went back to our Vacation house and enjoyed the sunset!
うわ～～～～～なんだか天の上。It's looks like we are above the sky!
さて、ようやく日が沈んで暗くなったので、キャンプファイヤーを！上を見上げると数えきれないほどの星が。そして周りには蛍が！Finally it became dark so we had a camp fire!!!! We saw lots of stars and fire flies!
恒例のマシュマロ焼き！まいちゃんはへそ曲がりの枝に当たったようだ！ピ～ン！Of course we roasted marshmallows on the fire! Maiko had a funny shaped branch!
暗いからみんななにしてるんだろうと、フラッシュをたいて見ると、いやはや、気がつけば皆でマシュマロに夢中！とろ～～りとろけておいし～～～！I was wondering what everyone was doing cause I couldn't see them in dark. so I took a picture and 'Flash!!' Wow everyone is roasting Marshmallows on fire! It's so much fun!!
