American families traditionary have Turkey and Pumpkin Dinner together.
Here is the wonderful mama Jane's dinner and the dishes other's cooked!
詰め物をした七面鳥料理 クランベリーソースもちろんオーガニックの七面鳥！
身がしっかりしまっていてクランベリーソースの甘味がまた一段とまっちしておいし～～～～～～
詰め物とは、パンとたくさんのハーブを交ぜ合わせたものを七面鳥のおなかに詰めてローストします。
日本ではあまりなじみがないかもしれないですが、イギリス、オーストラリア、その他、西洋の国々には
メジャーな料理。アメリカのサンクスギビングは、とりわけ七面鳥を使います。

そして同じくファームに滞在しているネイソンは、
ザクロ、パルメジャーノチーズ、フレッシュディルを使ったサラダ！

てけてけは、とりあえず毎日のようにはまっているパンを作っていきました。
そしてまたまたママジェーン作のパンプキンパイ！！たっぷり生クリームを乗せて！
アメリカのデザートってあま～～～～いって想像するでしょ？！
このパンプキンパイは、まさにパンプキンの味をかもしだし、そこに、シナモンや他ほのかにスパイスがかかった感じで、いくらでも入っちゃいそうな勢い！し～～あ～～～わ～～～せ～～～～～

You might imagen that American sweets are really sweet but this is just lovely～～～～
I can tast the pumpkin and it is spiced with delicacy!
Oh, Oh,,Oh,,,,, I am just happy happy happy!!!
みんなしっかり二度目のおかわりまでして、
おなかいっぱい幸せいっぱいになりました～～～。
Everyone had a second plate!
