じゃーん！これが手作りのクレイ（粘土）オーブン。This is the clay oven! It's hand made! 
ビロクアからはくるまで約４５分の素敵なこのエコーバレーに今日はクレーオーブンでパンを焼きます！The Echo valley farm is 45 min driving from Viroqua. It is beautiful farm! Today we are going to bake some bread in the clay oven!! Wow it is very exciting!!
パンの生地作りも手で捏ねるとまたまた味がでていいねー！！I love kneading dough by hand!!
さあ、それぞれお好きな形に。Looks great!

うわ！もう焼きあがっちゃったの？！７分ぐらいしかオーブンに入ってなかったのに！クレーオーブンはすごい！外はカリっと中はふわっと。これ、ピザ焼いたらめちゃくちゃいけるでーーーー！！！Wow it was very quick. It's probably about 7min!!! Outside is very crisp and inside is nice and soft!! We enjoyed a lot! We should bake pizza next time!!!
