健康!発酵食品 Healthy fermented food!
この州からは田舎生活と英語コース、ファームステイプログラムで5週間ほどご滞在になるお客様とも一緒に健康発酵食品クラス。今回はドイツ風にキャベツを主にそのほかたっぷりのお野菜で作りました!前回は白菜だったのでキムチに近い味でそれはまたおいしかったなー!この先夏の暑いときにはこのサワークラウトを食べて体をいたわろう!We had a new client. She is taking the English and country life course and the farm-stay program for 5 weeks! This time, we made sauerkraut with green cabbage and other vegetables. We made with Nappa cabbage the other day. It was delicious it is more like Kimuchi taste. I eat sauerkraut almost everyday! Especially it's so good in summer!!
