先日お友達のローガンとケイティーが遊びに来てくれました！二人はベジタリアンなのでメキシカン風ベジタリアンラザーニャを作りました！パスタの代わりにコーントルティーヤを使って、玉ねぎ、人参、セロリ、そしてブラックビーンズとトマトとローストペッパー入りのソースで煮込んだものと、リコッタチーズを交互に重ねてモッツァレラチーズをかけパン粉を散らしてオーブンに２０分ほど入れたら出来上がり！ウィスコンシンってチーズがいっぱーいでうれし～～～～Katie and Logan visited us! We had Mexican Lasagna which I use corn tortillas instead of pasta. layers of vegetable and beans with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. Put lots of mozzarella cheese on the top and little bit of Panko. Then put in an oven for 20 min!! We are so lucky to have such a great cheese here in Wisconsin!!フィンもいっぱい遊んでもらって楽しそう！ケイティーのリクエストにお答えしてフィンは今日もバットマン。Katie requested Batman so Finn is a batman again!! We had a great fun!!
