大みそか恒例紅白歌合戦。何年ぶりやろーーーー！！歌い手さん、ほとんどわからへん、、、。This is what most people do on new year eve here in Japan. Watching TV show.
年越しそば！わ～日本にいるってかんじ！And eat Soba. This is our tradition.

お雑煮！おもちびよーーーん！！This is a special soup with Mochi (sticky rice cake) called Ozooni.
フィン、かるたできるの？！トーマスのかるたをサンタさんにもらってにっこにこ！しめしめ、これで字も覚えてくれるかなー。'Karuta' game is one of the typical activities.
初詣は板橋不動。Every single shrine is crowded with people paying their first visits of the year!
大判焼き、フィンも気にいったみたい。屋台ってたのしいな～I love the shops. They have yummy foods.
さ、夜はおせち。くら寿司のおせちは無添加なんだって。お母さんがお煮しめと黒豆を焚いてくれました。わー日本のお正月満喫してるわーーー。ただ、ノロのおかげで妹とお兄ちゃんの家族とみんなで集まるはずもキャンセルなっちゃったけどね。ウィルスって怖い、、、。At night, we had Osechi (special food for new year). Traditionally we eat those for 3 days so that Moms don't have to cook. We have very nice new year with Ba~ba but we had to cancel our big family gathering because of the virus,,,,
