最近お隣さんの猫が気になって仕方ないフィン。Finn is so curious about the Himana's cat!

春ってすてき！ I love spring!

朝から着替えも半分でプロジェクトに励むフィン。スパイスやら何やらが入っているキッチンだなからすべて中身を取り出すことに集中。たまーにもとに戻してくれますが、、、。Mr. project Finn was working on my spice shelf in the kitchen.
春日和が続くお外で日光浴を楽しみます。見た目ちびっ子ギャングです。Mr. Finn was enjoying the sun. He looks like a little gangster.
春の定番チューリップももうあちらこちらで見かけられます。お友達がおすそ分けしてくれました！We have been having such a great spring. Our friend Jennifer gave us cute Tulips!
だんだんお友達とも遊べるようになってきたフィン Little friends are having fun!
今日は来月生まれる予定の赤ちゃんの洋服をたくさんお洗濯。フィン、ずいぶんおっきなったなーーー！It was such a nice weather so I washed a lot of cloths for my second baby who will come out next month! Wow Finn, you are not a baby any more!!!

新しいピアノがやってきた！New Piano arrived!

ついに到着！以前のブログで私達が買った中古のピアノが実はリコールものであった事が判明。http://thelittlecountryschool.blogspot.com/2012/01/did-it-really-happen-to-us.html　昨日無事に新しいピアノが到着しました！！わーーー新しいピアノの匂いがお家に漂うのは小さいころ両親が買ってくれたピアノ以来だわーーー

GUA？？！！グアムじゃないです。グアテマラ！母はかってにミクロネシアのどこかと思っているらしい。中米です。１月１５日から２月１０日まで、２０１２年５月にもう一人産まれてくる前に、残りの家族３人の時間を楽しんできます！スペイン語圏だからちょっと勉強しなきゃーーー！！日本に行ければよかったんだけどね。おちびたちがいるから今は仕方ない、、、。GUA??!! Yes! Guatemala!! The little one in my belly will come with us too!! We are supper excited!!!

やってきましたこの季節！It's time!

昨日から雪が本格的に降り出し、今日も引き続き雪景色。さあ、今年もまきストーブの活躍です！Well it seems like winter time! Viroqua is covered by white snow!! It's time for wood stove!!
楽しみの一つはお料理。煮込み料理はストーブが勝手にお料理してくれるので楽ちんだし、ええぐわいに煮込んでくれるのでおいし～～今日のランチはミネストローネ！フィンが食べてくれるといいけど、、、。お野菜食べてーーーー！I love cooking on the stove!Minestrone for lunch! I hope Finn eats some too.
息子はひたすらトラクターで遊ぶ毎日です。お外に出たいね、、、、。本日幼児教室お休みしました。残念、、、。Finn has been playing with his tractors I hope we can play outside little bit more!

ママジェーンのお誕生日 Mama Jane birthday

ハッピーバースデージェーン！５月２１日はジェーンのお誕生日。毎年この日を過ぎるとガーデンがスタートできる。ジェーンのリクエストにより、ミシシッピ川にてカヌートリップとピクニック！Happy Birthday Jane! May 21st is Mama Jane's birthday. She requested a Canoe trip on the Mississippi !
今回のケーキは私が担当。お料理、お菓子作りのプロのジェーンへのケーキはなんだか緊張する、、、。チョコレート生地のスポンジとたっぷりのチョコレートクリーム、そして、ジェーンの好きなピカーンにココナッツとイチゴ。庭中に咲いているすみれを飾ってみました！I made cake for her this year. I am always nervous to make desert for her as she is a master cook!
風があったので、蝋燭が消えないようにみんなで囲ってました。It was bit windy so we tried to block the win and we made it!!
さ、今日もまたライフジャケット活躍。赤ちゃんってこういうの嫌いなんだよね、、、。ご機嫌そこねないでね～～～～O.K Mr Finn are you ready?! Baby doesn't like to ware something really tight around him please don't get fussy my son,,,,
ミシシッピ川のカヌーはキカプー川とはまた全然違って、広々とした景色を楽しむ事ができる。ボートが行き来するメインの通りから離れると静かで野鳥の声が響き渡る。Canoeing on the Mississippi is different from the Kickapoo. We love both. The Mississippi has wide open view with lots of wild birds voice!
こんな地形も素晴らしい。Bluffs are amazing!
