I put one in my mouth and look! Coffee beans!! Each fruit has 2 beans. They dry them, roast them, then we can have a nice fresh coffee!!! It takes a long time though. Kona (Big Island) Coffee is famous but Maui coffee is very special too. Local people love Maui coffee!! You will see a bag of Hawaiian coffee at a shop but sometimes it contains only 10% of Hawaiian coffee. If you seek pure Hawaiian coffee, read the package carefully!! Local coffee shops have 100% Maui coffee. It is very special!! Try it!!
