ヌーディービーチ？a Naked Beach?

マウイには言うまでもなくビーチがたくさんある。ビーチでサンセットを見ながらたそがれるのはまた格別。今回はマウイ島の南部ワイレアというリゾート地が並ぶエリアのサンセットスポットへ。There are many beaches here on Maui. Watching the sunset on the beach is such a special moment. We went to the Wailea area where there is a special beach?
大きなビーチの橋にはこんな岩の壁。At the edge of the big beach there is a huge rock wall.
みんな登ってゆく。We followed everyone.

たどり着いたのは小さなビーチ。やけに混んでるな～マウイでは珍しい。？？？？？？？ヌーディービーチ？！写真は遠目からだけ。Oh wow, there are many people here. If you go to a beach on Maui, usually it is not so crowded like this. Oh,,,, I get it. It's a naked beach!

サンセットの時間ぐらいから色々な人がアフリカンドラムやトランペット、ギターを持ってミュージック開始！周りで踊る人、まだまだ海に入っている人、たそがれてる人。それぞれ皆がこの空間を楽しんでいる。行った事はないけど、話に聞くレインボーギャザリングのようだ。Around sunset time, people start playing their African drums, trumpets and guitars. Some people dance, some people just kick back and watch them and some people are still in the water playing. It sounds like the rainbow gathering I never been too.

暗くなってくると、ファイヤーダンスをする人も。マウイに住んでいる人、バックパッカーズ、いろんな人が毎週日曜日、ここにこうして集まってくる。そして仲間が増えていく。ちょっとヒッピーっぽいけど、またマウイの素敵な所を発見した！As it is getting darker, some people started fire dancing! People who live on Maui, backpackers and others who are here for whatever reason come to this beach every Sunday. It is a hippie style event, but it was a great experience!
