ハナドライブ！最高！！ Hana Highway driving

ほ～んとうに天気に恵まれるこのグループ。天気によって全然違うドライブになるマウイの東一周のハナハイウェーの旅！海の色の鮮やかさにはだれもが圧倒されます！Wow this group must be so lucky! Because of Halealaka mountain, most of the time it rains on the hana highway. But look at this!! Cristal clear skies and a beautiful ocean!たっくさんのカーブをくねくねとドライブしながら途中途中の滝を見にいったり、ミニハイキングしたり。We stopped at some places to see the water falls and do a little hiking!今回は水量も多くってとっても素敵な滝の姿が見られました。海側を見れば一面青いこの景色、山側を見れば緑が広がり。マウイの自然って素敵～～～！There is plenty of water now. It looks great! When you see ocean side it is blue all over and when you see mountain side, it is gorgeous green all over!!
こんな自然の中を歩くととっても爽やか！すっきりした暖かい晴れた日のハイキングってほんと気持ちがいい！Walking in the nature is so nice! Especially with this weather!
さて、溶岩のが作り出した洞窟です。Lava tubes
さすが火山でできた島。溶岩の力はすごい！溶岩のトンネルでパチリ！ここから海に流れ出ていったんですね～ The tunnel that lava went through!!
さて、今度は上級編。さ～みんな気合いを入れて～～～！！みんな私が妊婦だからって心配してくれたけど、みんなの方が心配、、、。Now we are doing a little bit higher level of hiking. Everyone was worried about me as I am 7 month pregnant but to be honest, I was worried about the others.
そんな心配も無用でした～！じゃ～ん！よくみんなここまで来ました！景色にみんな感激！But look! They were doing awesome! No problems at all! When everyone saw the view, they were so amazed!!
え？まだ続くの？？？もちろん！ビーチまでおりていきますよ～ OK everyone now we are going down to the beach! ????? Are we still going??? Yes. We are!! Hold on tight!!!
うわ～達成感ありあり！もう怖いものは何もないね！Wii~~~~~~~~~~ We can do anything!!
ひっぴ～さん達ともお友達～～～Even made hippie friends!ココナッツ発見！I found coconuts! by Machiko少女たちは小さな小さな貝殻を夢中で探していたのでした。Girls were finding little little shells! You guys look so cute!
さ、そろそろ戻りますか！！？？？そうですよ～またあの道を戻ります！少し前までなかったんだけど、最近誰かがかけてくれたロープがお役立ち！今度はウィスコンシンでロッククライミングでも挑戦しますか～～！Now we are going back! maybe I should plan a rock climbing trip for them next year!! Someone put a rope on the trail! It helped a lot! Thanks!
みんなたくさん歩いたのでこの辺で例のお勧めカフェへ！After the little adventure, we stopped by our favorite cafe!
ファームでとれたフルーツやサトウキビをつかったフレッシュジュース。They have such nice fresh Juice!
さ～真智子さんこいでくださーい！発電してミキサーを回しますよ～～あれ？足届いてる？Are you ready Machiko?! We have to make electricity to run the blender!! ??? are your feet reaching??
サトウキビも絞ってね～！Making Sugar cane Juice!
できたてのパパイヤ、バナナ、ココナッツジュースと満面な笑みのちえさん！コマーシャルででてきそ～！今回新たな発見は、ここのケーキ。激うまです！！それから、ココナッツミルク、生姜、サトウキビで作ったジュース。さわやかでほんとおいし～！Papaya, Banana and Coconuts milk drink with Chie's big smile!! Wow we can use this smiley face for an ad!! This time, we found that they also have great pie and cake! You should try!!!!!
ドキッ見つかった？ファームからとれたてのオーガニックばな～な～！う～ん、おいしくって目が見開いちゃうわ～！Did you find me??!!! It's Organic Banana from this farm! It's so yummy so my eyes got so big by Keiko #2
ケイコさ～んバナナの威力はすごいね！！　ウッキッキ～～～～～！！Wow Banana really works!!ナショナルパークのセブンプールズ。ここも水量がすごいわ今日は！！それに山がくっきり見える！この山の上辺りは、世界で３番目ぐらい常に湿っている雨の多い所らしいんだけど、今日はここまでくっきり晴れてる！ we are at Seven pools in the National park! Is so dynamic! the top of the mountain is said to be the third wettest area in the world, but for us it's so clear!海沿いの道のお散歩。Nice walking!
ここを過ぎると今度はとっても乾燥したエリアに入るので、今までの緑とはがらっとわかった風景になる！After the seven pools, we go through a really dry area! Look at the view, it's so different!
うわ～牛さん親子が中良くお家に帰る途中かな？！ ???Are we in Wisconsin??!! Mu~~~~~~~ Mom and son going home together??!!坂を登りきると、、、じゃ～～～ん！！We reached the top of the road and this!!!!ハナドライブを１日でする時は時計回りに行くと調度西の海に沈む夕日が見られるのです！！
さすがｸﾛｰﾋﾞｽ！バッチリなタイミングやわ～～～！！If you plan do Hana driving only one day, do clock way then you will see the beautiful sun going down into the ocean!!
約１１時間のハナドライブの旅。今までの中で天気もいっち番良かったし、最高だったね～～～！！ｸﾛｰﾋﾞｽ、運転お疲れ様～～～ About 11 hour driving. It was the best weather so far for us on the hana side. And probably the best Hana trip ever!! Clovis, thanks for driving and getting perfect timing for us!!
