Cashton, the biggest Amish community area in Wisconsin! Amish don't use tractors for their farming they use horses instead just like back in the old days.

アーミッシュ達のお家にはたいてい風車があり風力を使って水を家の中の水道として、もしくはタンクへとくみ上げる。（配管）う～ん空がなかなかきれいだな～～ Windmill. They get their water by windmill power. When you see an Amish house you will see a windmill!
アーミッシュベイカリーではオーブンを見せてもらいました！！彼らはキッチンで使う火もすべて薪を焚いて使うので、夏の日でもベイカリーでは火をおこします！うわ～こんなに手間暇かかってるのね！！でもそんなオーブンで焼いたお菓子やパンはとってもおいしい！Amish bakery! It's an oven but they don't use gas or electricity so it's a wood stove oven! Wow it's a lot of work but their bread, cookies and pies are so yummy!

Cashton area milk cows by hand. The milk from the Amish goes to a cheese factory so you can buy cheese made from the Amish milk!! we like to buy fresh cheese curds. When you eat them really fresh you can hear a ' squeak squeak' sound! You better try it!!
途中に寄ったオーガニックバレーのオフィスはまるでファーム。We stopped at Organic Valley head office too. It looks like a farm!!
