We went for Hiking to see Indian home/shelter in over hang!
Through corn field to forest.

Here is the home! It's too cold in winter they must have been here in Summer!
We kept walking to see next one which is bigger and still has ice on the ground!

I was thinking about Aborigine in Australia. They also lived similar place. US and Australia have only a couple of 100 years history as a new country but from Indian era, it is loooooooooong history. This area is especially near the Mississippi so you can see lots of Indian stuff.
We hiked on toward to the Kickapoo river......

We found such a cute plant! The plant melted the snow around it to come up from underground!!!!
It's little but strong!!!
Oh Monkey!!!!!

Beginning of Spring. The dark hollows are still covered with snow but spring is coming slowly but surely.
Seeds are awaking and little plants are working hard. I should get power from them!
