ガーリックの収穫！Girlic Picking day!

今日はガーリックの収穫をすることにしました！Let's pick garlic!


 二人のヘルパーさんがいて助かったー。ティオをバックパックに入れてさ、みんなでがんばるぞー！ちなみに１００個以上あります。I had two great helpers plus one little one on my back. We have more than 100 garlics!


お兄ちゃんのフィンはすでにお部屋でおもちゃ遊びしてましたが、キイはせっせこと一輪車でおうちまで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。After we picked, Finn was already inside playing with toys but Kii helped carrying to our wood shed.

 わーい！これで今年もたっくさんガーリックたべるぞー！ちなみに風邪をひいたときには生のにんにくを丸呑みするのがおすすめ。どんな薬よりも効くといわれるガーリック！病み上がりの私はさっそくいただきました。We love garlic! I had a cold so I took raw garlic this is better than medicine!

 その後も、ひい続きランチ用に人参をゲット！キイは人参めっちゃ大好き。Kii and I decided to pick some carrots for lunch!

人参洗ったとたんにかぶりついてました。Kii loves carrot. I just washed them and right away he grab one and ate it!
 
さ、次はランチを作ろう。 せっかくだからボーイズ達にも手伝ってもらおう。フィンが作ったドレッシング。弟君はなんでも兄がやることを真似したがるのですでに完成してるけど引き続き混ぜ混ぜしてもらってます。ブロッコリーにつけて味見をしてもらうと、次から次へとドレッシングにつけたブロッコリーをもりもり食べていたキイでした。Boys love to help making salad. Finn makes very nice dressing. Kii of course wants to do the same thing that Finn does. I asked him to keep mixing the dressing though it's already done and he loved it! I also asked Kii to taste it with broccoli and he ate probably 10 of them. (Remember this is just for tasting!!) I do not mind at all!
 
さすが５歳にもなるといろんなことができますね～　5 years old can help a lot!

 
自分で作ったサラダ！これから手作りドレッシングをかけていただきまーす！We made our very own salad!!

 キイも自分で盛り付けして、いっただきまーす！I did too!

 うわ～全部自分で食べた！（普段はママやパパに手伝ってもらわないと食べ終わりません）こうして自分で作らせるとおいし～って何回も言いながら食べてくれます！It's magic! They ate it all by themselves! (We usually have very hard time for them to eat food by themselves.)

インディペンデンスデー Independece Day!

チームインディペンデンス！インディペンデンスストリートに住むボーイズ達です！７月４日はアメリカのインディペンデンスデー。１７７６年に英国から独立したアメリカ合衆国。この後お友達のおうちでインディペンデンスデーパーティー！めっちゃアメリカンなコスチュームで登場することになっているので、Tシャツを急いで作ってみました。３人ちびがいるとお買い物に行く時間もあまりないので、、、。Team Independence!Since we have three little boys it is hard to go for shopping so  I just quickly made their independence day T shirts for a party!

Daddy is ready too!  ダディーも準備完了！


お友達は自然に囲まれたとっても素敵なおうちに住んでいます。 Katie and Logan and their son Oliver incited us for the party!
 
おいしい食べ物もいっぱい！Yummy food !

 そのあとは花火をして、みんなで楽しく過ごしました！And even fireworks! We had a nice time together! Thanks Katie, Logan and Oliver!

金星と木星 Venus and Jupiter

最近フィンは太陽系の星に夢中。私よりはるかにいろんなことを知っていて、大人顔負けです。６月３０日。この日は金星と木星が接近するということでお庭に蛍を探しがてら空を見上げると！ほんとだーーーー！次は２０２３年だそうです！Finn knows about solar system more than me. He loves learning about planets now. June 30th, we were out side picking some firefly for bed time and look! Jupiter and Venus are so close each other. Next time when we see them like this close will be in 2023!! Wow it's special!

蛍と一緒に寝られるのもあと何日かなー。Kii and Finn sleep with firefly and release them in the morning!

フィンの誕生日会！Finn's birthday Party!

フィンの５歳の誕生日会準備完了！We are ready for Finn's birthday Party!

雨だって聞いたからインドアのアクティビティーをたくさん用意しました！ We did a lot of fun activities with Finn's friends!

学校の先生をやっている義叔母のまーぎーとお友達のジェーソンがスライムとファニーパッドづくりをやってくれました！Making slime and funny putty with Auntie Marge and Jason,

Of course cake time!  この度のリクエストは’はやぶさ’でした！

フードカラーを使うかどうか迷って一応購入までしたけど、やっぱり息子のバースデーケーキに使うまでには踏み切れず、ちょっと色はちがうけど抹茶パウダーで緑、いちごでピンク、ココアで茶色にしてみました！アーモンドケーキとクリームチーズフロスティングです！This year Finn requested one of Japanese bullet train 'Hayabusa'.　I bought food color but I couldn't let myself use it to my son's birthday cake so I ended up using maccha (green tea( powder) for the green part and strawberry for the pink and cocoa powder for the brown powder. It's close enough!!
 
たくさんのプレゼント！Lots of presents from his friends and family!

お友達LEGOをもらってさっそく自分で作った飛行機！私よりはるかに上手、、、。Jr.Clovis!He made his own airplane with Lego that Weston gave to him! Wow he is better than me!

９０％の降水確率、豪雨警報も出てたのにラッキー！お庭でも遊ぶことができました！ The weather focus said 90% chance of rain but we were able to play in the yard too!

ばーばに買ってもらったスクーター！キイと一緒に町中をクルーズしまーす！He got big boy's scooter from Japaese Grandma!

ハッピーバースデーフィン！

父の日についにデビュー！Father's day and Pop-up！

ついに買ってしまったポップアップ！グレードアップ？ダウン？テントのキャンプが好きだけど、やっぱり３人のちびちゃんとのキャンプは心地よさを優先するべきか、、、。ということで、我が家もポップアップデビューです！これで春、秋のキャンプシーズンも少し延長できるかな！Welcome to Glam-ping world! We finally got it! We love tent camping but with little boys,,,, we appreciate comfortableness more than adventure at this stage. But we are supper excited!

思っていたより広い。６人寝れます。うちのミニバン大丈夫かなー。一応重さのリミットはクリアしてるけどね、、、。It's way bigger than we expected! Nice looking!
 
















この日は父の日でした！ダディーにいいプレゼントになったね～
It was also Father's day! It became a great gift for Daddy Clovis!

Wow smells good! Chicken BBQ おいしそうな匂い！チキンバーベキューです！
  
三人のお父さんたちを囲んでの夕食。日が長いから夜の９時過ぎてもまだ明るいウィスコンシン。１週間ぐらい前から蛍がお庭にも訪れています！毎晩ボーイズ達は蛍取りに夢中。瓶に入れて一緒に寝て、翌日放して楽しんでます。We had three daddies in our group! We are getting fire flies in our yard! It's so special!


イチゴの季節がやってきました。It's time for strawberries! Jane and George picked strawberries for us!

BIG! うわ！でかっ！


Everybody loves Strawberry short cake especially the strawberries from the garden! It's so fresh! みーんなイチゴのショートケーキ大好きです！この時期のみ味わえるにガーデンから取れたてのいちごで作ったアメリカのイチゴショートケーキ！（スポンジケーキではなくスコーンに近い歯ざわりのビスケット生地）

またまたキャンプです！Buckhorn camping

 先週に引き続き今度は２泊でBuckhornへキャンプに行ってきました。なかなか人気のキャンプサイト。ベストなスポットを抑えるために半年前からお友達がサイトを予約。雨模様な天気予報でも決行！We went another camp trip to Buckhorn (WI)! Ben booked the camp site almost half year ago!We were worried about the weather but we made it!

 わーい！ここもキャンプサイトにビーチが！しかもこの湖は膝ぐらいの深さが５０ｍぐらい続いてる！Probably it's more than 200 ft knee high water level so it's perfect for kids!

 クロービスは４人もちびちゃん連れてカヌー。Clovis took 4 little kids for canoe trip though he does only this shallow water.

 うわーきれ～ Wow it;s so beautiful!

 翌日は朝から雨。朝食係のクロービス。今日はオートミールレーズンを作ってくれました！Yes we had rain day but still happy! Clovis made us oatmeal with raisin.

 さ、お友達のボートでボーイズ達はクルーズ！Fishing time! Boys were so excited!

 この週は特に蚊が大量に発生したようで、こんな感じで身を守ってました。ティオは相当暑かっただろうなー Only thing we don't like was bugs and tics!!! We tried hard not to get bitten but ,,,,

雨も止んでみんな楽しいひと時を過ごしました！We had such a great time together!

いい雰囲気ですな～ Nice couple!

最終日、浅い湖なので家族５人でカヌーに乗ってみました。ティオそんな顔しないでー！うちの家族になった以上、赤ちゃんでもなんでもこういう体験みんな通るのよー。Tillo's first canoe experience! You have no choice as you are belongs to our family Tillo!

ちなみに一番早くカヌー体験したのは真ん中のキイ。４週間ですでにこのライフジャケット着てカヌー乗ってました。Kii took his first canoe ride when he was 4 weeks old!


 クロービスがテントをしまってくれている間に、３人ボーイズと一緒にビーチへ。５歳以下３人のボーイズとのキャンプ、徐々に慣れてきました！いっぱい虫に刺されたけどねー。I took three boys to the beach while Clovis was packing up. It was so much fun! Water was nice and warm even Tillo got to be in the water!
