マディソンでの週末 Our weekend in Madison

うわ～変わった花！先週末マディソンへ行ってきました。We visited to Madison last weekend!

 ここは年中温室になっているガーデン。極寒が続いた冬のひと時をトロピカルな空間で癒されました！Cedarose planed many exciting things for us! We went to tropical garden. It is perfect place to spend this cold winter!

 マディソンにはアジアンマーケットがたくさんあるのでたくさんお買い物してきました。そこで会ったおじさんが本わさびをおすそ分けしてくれました。見知らぬ人なのに、やさしいなー。１０センチぐらいで３０００円ぐらい。このおじさんはこの日、本わさびが入荷したと連絡を聞いて車を１時間走らせ、お刺身などなどいっぱい買っていました。１カ月半ぐらいこのわさびの到着を待っていたそうです。There are many Asian shops in Madison. While we were doing shipping, I saw a real WASABI. The person who bought the wasabi waited for one and half month for it and drove an hour to get it. And he kindly gave me a little piece of Wasabi 

 さて、夜はクロスカントリースキーをしに行きました！キャンプファイヤーや、キャンドルがともされていてボーイズ達は大喜び。We went for cross country ski at night! Boys loved the candles they put out along the trail!

 さ、朝ご飯、みんなでワッフルを作ります！In the morning, They made Waffle with Cedarose and Keefe!

 うわ～おいしそーーー！Looks yummy!

 マディソンのチルドレンミュージアムにやってきました！Here we are at the Children Museum in Madison!

 いろんな展示やおもちゃがあって、何時間でもいられちゃいそう！There are so many neat exhibits and toys! 

 ボーイズ達はピザが大好き！いろいろトッピングして遊びます。Boys loves pizza! Especially these fun staff!

 ぶ～～～～～ん！！ Honk honk!!

 その他工作ができるデスクがあったり、お絵描きコーナー、ブロックコーナー、日によっては子供向けのいろんなクラスが体験できます。Wow it is so fun! There are Crafts, Blocks,Painting and

 あ、キイ、顔に絵具が、、、。oh looks like Kii painted on his face too!

 キイがペイントでお絵描きしてフィンはひたすらクリーニング係を楽しんでいました。いいコンビです。Kii was painting Finn was cleaning. Good brothers!

 さ、屋上です。And we went to the roof top.

 今日はアニマルコーナーがあるということで行ってみると、蛇を触らせてくれました。フィン、全然怖がりもせず、珍しそうに触ってます。They let kid's touch a snake!!!

さ、一番下の階には木のぬくもりが感じられるとっても素敵な遊び場がありました。Then we went down stares. Wow it's so cute!!!

 水槽をみるのが大好きなボーイズ。It's so nice to have aquarium! 

マットレスがひいてあるので、小さい赤ちゃんも遊べます。 Play place for little ones!

 おもちゃも自然素材。I love these toys!

 なんだか森のくまさんのお家みたい。It's like a Teddy bare's house!

 噴水でお水遊び。もう行くよーっていうと、無視されます、、、。Dangerous dangerous~~~~~ for parents!

 あ～おなか減ったおなか減った！We are starving! It was a Greek theme Cafe!

 どうやらギリシャ料理が主のカフェのようでした。おいしかった～！この後は動物園によって２時間車で走ってお家に帰りました。ボーイズ達はさすがにずーーっと寝ててくれました。マディソンは政治や大学のイメージがありましたが、いろんな子供のイベント事も多いので、ファミリーでも楽しめる町だと思いました！シダローズ、素敵な週末、ありがとー！This cafe had a train table and it's only 1 min to walk to the Zoo!!! Everything was perfect. Thanks Cedarose so much! It was one of our best weekends of this winter!
