毎年恒例になったオーガニックバレー主催のキカプーフェア。今回のお目当てはチーズメーキングクラス！お家でも１時間弱で出来ちゃうフレッシュモッツァレッラチーズ！

I was excited for the Cheese making class at the Kickapoo fair this year! The teacher Linda's web site http://www.moonwiseherbs.com/cheesemakingclasses.htm We learned a lot of key things about making cheese! Bye the way, where is my son??!!
いた！太陽が照ってるから日陰にいってちょーーフィンは帽子をかなり嫌がる、、、。Here he is! Please go in a shade!!! He hates waring a hat,,,,
暑かったねー。水分補給ダディーと一緒にしてた。よかったー。ほかにもお料理クラスや野草クラス、グリーンエネジークラスに、キッズコーナー、ミュージックバンドそして、スピーチなどなど、今年も楽しみました！It was hot day. Finn, good job drinking water with Daddio------- I like the Kickapoo fair, it's full of interesting classes and good food!

ファーマーズマーケットでお手伝い！Farmer's market with host father!

毎週土曜日のファーマーズマーケットに大輝君もポールと一緒にお野菜を売りに来ました！自分で収穫してきれいにしたお野菜が売れる瞬間はうれしいね！Daiki came to the Farmer's Market in Viroqua with his host father Paul! It's so nice to see the vegetables that he harvest and cleaned being sold!




ポールは何でもできちゃうつわもの！フィドルもかっこよく演奏してくれてお客さんも踊りながらやってきた！Paul was playing fiddle beautifully and people were dancing around their booth!
町のミュージシャン達で盛り上がる！Viroqua has many great musician!
あ！ハーブの達人ロビン見つけた！今日はパートナーのジェフが焼くパンも一緒に売っていた！私達も早速買ってみた！小麦やライ麦、スペルと小麦など栄養たっぷりのサワドーブレッド！粉も挽きたてで焼きます！ファーマーズマーケットは町のいろいろな人に会えるのも楽しみの一つ！ファーマー達も自慢げに作物を売っている姿はとっても素敵！Robin is the herb master! Her partner Jeff bakes wonderful bread. They started selling his bread too! It's wheat, rye and spelt sourdough bread! It was very good! He bakes with very fresh flour that is grated right before baking!
